Building a Mary Kay Business

Mary Kay Ash had one major philosophy that she always shared with her consultants and built her business on this premise: put God first, family second and career third. I think it is important for women trying to run their own business, that they remembber family should come before career. You may not believe in a God but you do need to remember that without your family, you have nothing but work!
